As an intimacy coach for women, I support women who feel shut down, numb, or disconnected from their bodies and from sensuality. Many of the women I work with care deeply about their partners and their lives, yet quietly feel, “I have no desire” or “Something in me closed down and I do not know how to open again.”
In our work together, we move gently. We listen to your body, your nervous system, and your heart. We use tantra based and embodiment practices to help you feel safer inside yourself so that intimacy can become softer, more honest, and more alive again.
All sessions are online, so you can meet from a space that already feels safe to you.

My work as an intimacy coach for women is rooted in yoga, tantra, energy work, and years of spiritual practice, combined with real life relationship experience.
In simple terms, this looks like:
We start sessions with grounding and breath so your system can settle. You learn to notice what your body is saying instead of overriding it.
We look at how your nervous system and sexual desire are connected. Freeze, numbness, or wanting to run away are not weaknesses. They are protection. We bring in practices that help your system feel a little safer, so it does not need to shut down as strongly.
Tears, anger, fear, and numbness are all welcome. We create space for what has been held inside for a long time. Emotion that can move has less power to block desire.
Here, tantra is presence, breath, and connection to life force energy. We bring in tantric practices slowly and respectfully, in a way that honours your boundaries and your nervous system.
This is tantra based intimacy coaching, not performance or entertainment. Sessions are clear and consent-led. There are no sexual services. You always decide what is right for you.
All coaching sessions take place online via video. You can create a quiet space at home with whatever helps you feel comfortable.

No. This is coaching. We focus on present time support, embodiment, and practical tools you can apply in your life now. Therapy and coaching can work well together, and many women choose to have both.
Not with me. However, there will be sessions where you work with your own pleasure and with that of your partners’ if you are doing couples coaching. Everything we do is completely consensual. You won’t do anything you don’t want to do.
No. You do not need any background in tantra, yoga, or spiritual practice. I translate these teachings into clear, everyday language and simple practices.
Your body and nervous system responses are treated with a great deal of care. Coaching does not replace trauma therapy, but it can give you body based, energetic, and relational tools that support your healing. We always move slowly and respect your limits.
