Coaching is online, consent-led, and trauma-informed. There is no one size fits all. You choose the pace.
We meet online, from home on secure video. No travel, no extra stress.
Each session includes check-in, a specific focus (communication, attraction,desire, self-love practices, types of touch, massage, safety and boundaries), and guided exercises. You practice live during the call with support.
You get home practices, often 60-90 minutes per week. At the next session we process your experiences, triggers, struggles, triumphs and juicy encounters. If you feel ready to move on to new practices, we do. If not, we strengthen and deepen the understanding of what we have done.
Some people ask me, “Does intimacy coaching work online?”. Yes, I have found that in some ways it is even more effective online. You can maintain your privacy and go at your own pace.
