Rather than trying to escape your human life, tantra says: your body, your relationships, your desires, and your challenges are part of your spiritual path. The way you breathe, touch, listen, and respond can all become expressions of consciousness and love.

This does not mean saying yes to everything. Real tantra includes clear no, healthy boundaries, and a deep respect for your nervous system.
